Our payment method of choices is Paypal.com which allows us to accept all major
credit cards, e-checks and transfers. Paypal uses the most advanced
encryption/safety measures to ensure that your personal info stays safe. Paypal

- Shipping & Handling -
We charge a flat fee of $3.99 for S&H in USA and Canada. All items ship within 24 to 48 hours (unless stated otherwise)
via regular USPS First Class Mail, we will email you when they hit the mail! If you would like
your order shipped via USPS Priority, Delivery /or/ Signature Confirmation, FedEx or UPS please email us
for S&H rates. We do ship overseas, email us
for methods & price.
- Returns & Repairs -
If for any reason you're not loving your order, you may return it for a full
refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 2 weeks of purchase. All
returns & exchanges must be in unworn/original condition and we do require that
you contact us before returning/exchanging your item. If an item breaks *gasp*
under normal wear within 6 months of purchase, repairs will be made free of
charge (minus shipping costs).

Yankee Girl Designs does not sell, trade or give away customer information or
email addresses to any company or person. We value you and respect your privacy!
- How About A Custom Order? -

In addition to handmade jewelry, we also offer a custom jewelry design service.
We will assist you every step of the way and create a one-of-a-kind piece, or if you've seen something fabby somewhere else we can work together to recreate it.
