As a Children's Librarian (by day) Lindsey’s Storytime catchphrase has become “On Your Booties Cuties!”

Yankee Girl Designs originally started as a way to help her relax after a long day of wrangling kids for craft classes and re-shelving Dr. Seuss books, but over the years has evolved into so much more.

Combining bold gems, mixing metals and reworking vintage elements in innovative ways to form something fabby to wear has become a passion.

Contemporary artisan jewelry designed with: semi precious gems, freshwater pearls, collage pendants, brass, sterling, PMC, upcycled vintage jewelry, Bali & Thai silvers. Then handcrafted utilizing: wirework, knotting, oxidation, resin, dapping & stamping techniques.

It is home to the original "Home Sweet Home: Bird's Nest Necklace". Over 400 of these have made their way across the globe after debuting in 2004, and have even been featured in US Weekly & ReadyMade Magazines.
With the necklace’s success came a "Nest Jewelry" line including: a branch necklace, ring, and earrings.

The handstamped “Mama Jewelry” line began in 2008 as a unique way for Mom’s to express their individuality and Mommyhood.
